AlreadyBuilt is a productized web design service. We create custom, modern websites for small and medium-sized businesses and deliver them as preview demonstrations. Pricing, scope, and service details are provided at the time of engagement and may change at our discretion.
By accessing our website, submitting information through our outreach form, or viewing a preview site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Preview sites are demonstrations created to show you what a redesigned website for your business could look like. They are hosted at preview.alreadybuilt.net and protected by a passphrase shared via email.
Preview sites are for evaluation purposes only. They are not live production websites and should not be represented as your official business website.
All preview sites, designs, code, copy, and creative work produced by AlreadyBuilt remain the intellectual property of Polyhedron Labs LLC until a purchase is completed.
Upon purchase and full payment, ownership of the website design, code, and content transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
By submitting information through our outreach form (including your name, email, business name, and website URL), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to evaluate your existing website, create a preview redesign, contact you about our service, and improve our products and operations.
You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
Our service involves analyzing publicly available information from your existing business website. This includes crawling public pages to extract content, structure, and design elements. By submitting your website URL, you authorize us to access and analyze your publicly available web content for the purposes of our service.
Receiving a preview site does not create any obligation to purchase. Preview sites are provided as demonstrations at no cost to you. You are free to decline without any penalty.
AlreadyBuilt and Polyhedron Labs LLC provide this service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Our total liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
